Reviewer Requirements

We seek reviewers who can provide expert, constructive feedback to help authors improve their work. The following qualifications help ensure high-quality peer review.

Academic Qualifications

Hold a postgraduate degree (Master's or PhD) in a relevant field, or equivalent professional experience.

Publication Record

Have published at least one peer-reviewed article in an academic journal within the past five years.

Subject Expertise

Demonstrate expertise in one or more of our covered disciplines: Social Sciences, Humanities, or Arts & Literature.

Time Commitment

Be able to complete reviews within 7 days and commit to reviewing 2-4 manuscripts per year.

The Review Process

Here's what to expect when you receive a review invitation

Step 1

Invitation Received

You receive an email invitation with the manuscript abstract. Review it to determine if the topic aligns with your expertise.

Step 2

Accept or Decline

Respond within 3 days. If you decline, consider suggesting alternative reviewers. If you accept, you'll gain access to the full manuscript.

Step 3

Conduct Review

Evaluate the manuscript for originality, methodology, clarity, and contribution. Use our structured review form to provide feedback.

Step 4

Submit Report

Submit your review within 7 days. Provide constructive feedback to help authors improve their work, regardless of your recommendation.

Ethical Guidelines

We uphold the highest standards of publication ethics. All reviewers are expected to adhere to these principles.

Confidentiality

Treat all manuscripts as confidential documents. Do not share, discuss, or use any information from submissions.

Objectivity

Evaluate manuscripts on their scholarly merit, not on personal feelings about the authors or their affiliations.

Conflict of Interest

Declare any conflicts of interest, including recent collaborations, competing research, or personal relationships.

Constructive Feedback
